Aranhas em Movimento

O clima festivo no Salão de Beorn é quebrado quando Glóin e Gimli entram de rompante. A princípio, os celebrantes riem da notícia de que Bilbo perdeu sua mochila, mas ficam sérios quando Glóin rosna: "Não há nada de engraçado com o fatos das Aranhas estarem se movimentando na Floresta das Trevas."

Enquanto Glóin parte para se juntar ao amigo, alguns foliões trocam olhares. Ele tem razão — uma ameaça da Floresta das Trevas não deve ser subestimada.

Os aventureiros concordam em ajudar, mas quando se reúnem, o velho Anão impaciente já havia partido. Sem se deixar abater, a irmandade segue pela Estrada da Floresta Velha. Minutos se passam sem nenhum sinal de perturbação. Então, quando a dúvida começa a se instalar, ouve-se o som de batalha logo ali na trilha!

Apressando-se, os aventureiros veem uma multidão de Aranhas se aproximando de Glóin, que grita para eles que Bilbo foi levado!

As Aranhas da Floresta das Trevas parecem impulsionadas por uma inteligência sombria. Infelizmente, o que começou como uma tentativa de ajudar Bilbo agora é uma luta pela sobrevivência.

Spiders on the Move

The festive mood in Beorn´s Hall is broken when Glóin and Gimli burst in. At first the celebrants laugh at the news that Bilbo has lost his pack, but sober when Glóin growls, "There nothing funny about Spiders on the move in Mirkwood."

As Glóin departs to rejoin his friend, some revelers share a look. He´s right - a threat from Mirkwood isn´t to be taken lightly.

The adventurers agree to lend their aid but by the time they gather, the impatient old Dwarf has already departed. Undeterred, the fellowship head up the Old Forest Road. Precios minutes pass with no sign of any disturbance. Then, as doubt begins to creep in, the sound of violence just off the trail!

Rushing forward, the adventurers see a mass of Spiders close in on Glóin who shouts to you that Bilbo is taken!

The Spiders of Mirkwood seem driven onward by some dark intelligence. Alas, what began as an attempt to aid Bilbo is now a fight for survival.
